Vettel, 2013 F1 Drivers Champion! Vettel's sixth consecutive win! - 2013 Indian Grand Prix

Formula 1 is back in India! The foggy Grand Prix is finally here, with Sebastian Vettel on pole. 

Also, with high possibilities of Vettel ensuring his championship.

LIGHTS OUT!

Vettel looked to stay on the start but he accelerated after turn 1. 

Massa overtook both of the Mercedes. A great move by the Brazilian!

Vettel, Alonso and Webber boxed in lap 2, Webber and Fernando, due to the contact they had in turn 2, Felipe to the Lead!

Hulk boxed in lap 5.

This was turning into a very interesting race with the early stops as other teams had whole different strategies.

Grosjean made a great start, he started from P17 and found himself P8 in lap 7.

The leader, Massa stopped in lap 8. Hamilton boxed too. Mark Webber to the lead! Checo Perez P2!

Vettel got into the podium as he overtook Romain Grosjean and Daniel Ricciardo.

Grosjean to pits in lap 13, long stint as it was said that this soft tyres were highly degradable. 

Drive-Through! For Esteban Gutierrez as stewards believed he had taken a jump start in the start of the race.

Valtteri Bottas also with a great race, in P9.

Alonso overtook Gutierrez in lap 20 for P13 but he retook the position with a great move!

Vettel, attacking Perez finally resulted in a overtake in lap 21 but the gap between Mark and him was still 12 seconds.

Gap between 3rd place Checo Perez and 4th Ricciardo was 12 seconds too. Great race by both!

Rosberg made an overtake move on Massa in turn 3 but he recovered it in a beautiful move on next turn!

Nico Rosberg made his second pit stop in lap 27. He got out in P13. Mark Webber, the leader, stopped in lap 28, Checo stopped too, they felt to 2nd and 7th place respectively.

Checo then overtook Hamilton in a great move!

Massa, Alonso, diResta and Hamilton boxed in lap 30.

Box box box for Sebastian Vettel!

Perez overtook Sutil for P5.

Webber boxed in lap 32, Vettel back to the lead!

Ricciardo finally boxed in lap 33 after a long medium tyre stint.

Perez and Hulk boxed also to change that set of soft tyres.

Both Red Bulls would get to the end with those medium tyres.

Amazing, just amazing medium tyre stint by Sutil enduring 41 laps in that set. Kimi overtook him in lap 38 though.

Other drivers' stops put Bottas in P12.

Gearbox problem caused Mark Webber's retirement in lap 40, very bad luck for the Australian, he was having such a great race.

Sutil finally boxed in lap 42, amazing stint, just awesome!

Sutil P10, Gutierrez P11, Bottas P12, Ricciardo P13 and Alonso P14 with 0.2 to 0.7 seconds of difference with each other, battling for the very last point, pushing harder and harder.

Bottas and Gutierrez boxed in lap 50 falling to 16th and 17th.

Rosberg overtook Kimi in lap 52.

Felipe Massa with a great race in P5. 

Hulk abandoned in lap 56.

Both Lotus, battling for P3, with Massa right behind... Romain overtakes Kimi, Massa overtakes too. Bad strategy for Räikkönen.

Great Move by Checo! GREAT! He overtook Hamilton and Kimi right in the same DRS zone! From 7th to 5th!

Kimi to pits, lap 59, very bad strategy.

LAST LAP!

Sebastian Vettel, on his way to his 6th straight win, on his way to the championship, his fourth straight championship!

Rosberg comes in Second!

Grosjean Third! 14 positions recovered as he started 17! Three podiums in a row for him!

Great race for Massa! Fourth place for Felipe!

Fifth place for Checo! His best result in McLaren.

Constructors Championship for Red Bull too!

Awesome season for Seb and Red Bull!

Vettel doing donuts with his car, celebrating his fourth straight championship!

We are watching history, right in front of our eyes, a 26 year old turning into a legend, marking his name in history, next to Fangio, Schumacher, Prost.

The Legendary Circuit of Suzuka, receives Formula 1, the circuit where many stories were written. Senna winning the championship in 1988, Prost doubtfully winning the championship in 89, Vettel securing 2011 title...

LIGHTS OUT!

Mark Webber as the pole sitter.

Grosjean overtakes Vettel and Webber to take first place in first curve.

Van der Garde and Bianchi had an accident right in the first turn.

Hamilton suffered a puncture and boxed on lap 1 and went back to 20th place.

On lap 6, Sebastian went slightly of track.

Grosjean built a 1.8 second lead on Webber in lap 8.

Hamilton boxed again in lap 8, he would have to retire then. Unfortunate for him as he qualified 3rd.

Jenson boxed in lap 8, Gutierrez did in lap 9.

Alonso found himself struggling in P6 behind teammate Massa.

Kimi, Mark and Massa boxed all in lap 11.

On lap 12, the leader Grosjean boxed and felt to 3rd.

Perez and Rosberg boxed too. The almost had contact when Rosberg went out.

A nice thing to see, a battle between Button and Perez with Perez winning it.

Pit stop for Vettel, Romain retakes the lead!

Drive-Through for Rosberg for the incident with Checo.

Amazing Pace shown by Grosjean, leading in lap 17.

Ricciardo hadn't boxed, his pace on hard tyres started to fall, Hulkenberg and Alonso behind him overtook him on lap 20.

Ricciardo, finally stopped on lap 21, just after Kimi overtook Gutierrez.

A great battle between all of them: Hulk, Alonso, Massa, Kimi, Checo and Gutierrez.

Webber, who was just a second behind Grosjean, boxed in lap 25, this brought Vettel to 2nd.

Vettel began to attack Romain, cutting his lead to 1.1s.

Pit stop! For Grosjean, Vettel back to the lead.

Alonso stopped on lap 31, Kimi to 4th!

Drive-Through for Ricciardo as he gained an advantage on diResta by leaving the track.

Another drive-through, now for Massa, speeding in the pitlane.

Once more, a nice race for Hulkenberg again in 4th place.

Webber started to cut Sebastian's lead from 9 to 7 seconds.

Box box box! Vettel stopped on lap 37, sending Webber and Romain to 1st and 2nd respectively.

Vettel then, overtook Grosjean in lap 41.

Webber stopped in lap 42, sending Vettel back to the lead.

Hulk's pace started to fall as Fernando overtook him in lap 46.

The track looked like a desert to me, there was a gap of 37 seconds between 3rd and 4th place and 24 seconds between 6th and 7th.

Webber tried to overtake Grosjean in several times but Romain made a nice job denying him. He would finally overtake him in lap 51.

Kimi overtook Hulk in lap 51.

Vettel takes the win in Suzuka! Fifth in a row! Webber in 2nd place and Grosjean in 3rd!

Great race for Esteban Gutierrez, scoring 6 points! 

Vettel's fourth title is now just around the corner!

Valtteri Bottas took his girlfriend with him to Suzuka to be with her in her birthday.

Vettel wins 4th in a row, Exciting Grand Prix in Korea! - 2013 Korean Grand Prix

Cloudy race in Korea, the circuit of Yeongam ready for the race...

Lights out!

As expected, Vettel started to build a lead right in the first curve.

Massa's car span in turn 2, causing problems for cars behind.

Pastor Maldonado had a great start as he took 9 places in there.

Front wing damage caused Jenson Button's early stop in lap 4.

Grosjean showed a great pace as he kept Vettel's lead in 2.9 secs.

Alonso was stuck in P6 behind Hulkenberg and was threatened by Räikkönen behind.

Pastor, Gutierrez and diResta boxed in lap 7.

Kimi overtook Alonso in lap 9, it looked like Alonso could've gotten it back but Kimi held him off.

Alonso and Lewis Hamilton would box in lap 9.

Romain Grosjean boxed on lap 10, which would bring Kimi to P2 and Webber to P3.

Box for Vettel, box for Kimi, Fast lap for Lewis in lap 11.

Ricciardo's long medium tyres stint came to an end in lap 18.

Hulk, Fernando, Kimi and Mark a great battle in a train with all of them with everyone racing at a similar pace.

Jenson Button stopped in lap 23, it would be the briton's second stop.

Kimi would also box on lap 25, which seriously showed Lotus was putting on some kind of nice strategy.

Contact! diResta would hit the wall on turn 18 and would exit the race for the 4th consecutive race. No safety car deployed.

Sparks would come from below Nico Rosberg's car showing his front wing had serious problems, he would have to box in lap 28.

That all, just before Kimi's fast lap. 1.42.813

Alonso and others would box too in lap 28.

Checo Perez pace looked great as he found himself in P3 following Lewis' stop. 19 laps on Medium tyres.

Is it me? Or it was the first time Checo found himself in a podium position? Just before... NO! Checo suffered a puncture, he was having such a good race. 

Again Pirelli will be under the highlights because of tyre issues. 

SAFETY CAR! 

Vettel and Romain to pits!

Suddenly, Lotus became candidate to win the race as Grosjean was 2.4 seconds behind Vettel and Kimi behind Grosjean.

Lap 35, the place where Sergio had the puncture hadn't been cleaned yet which is wrong cause there's lots of pieces that could cause another puncture.

Lap 36, Safety Car in this lap!

The restart of the race, Vettel in lead, Romain, Kimi and Lewis behind!

Vettel tried to escape but the Lotus didn't let him.

Hulkenberg, great race by him, he overtakes a struggling Hamilton in lap 38.

Contact again! Sutil hits Webber in the rear! Sutil is not out of the race, Mark tries to continue but his car catches fire!

Kimi overtakes Grosjean and then...

SAFETY CAR DEPLOYED! Once again, in very few laps.

Webber's car kept on fire unattended for about two minutes, bad work shown by the work of security staff in Korea, just as it was shown after Checo's puncture. This puts in doubt Korea's 2014 spot in the calendar.

Lap 40, Safety Car in this lap!

Vettel first, Lotus pair behind!

Hamilton! The 2008 champion overtakes Fernando Alonso.

Jenson Button just behind the spaniard. Bad pace for the Scuderia.

Drive through for Sutil, nothing to do with the incident with Webber-Speeding in the pit lane.

Nico, Nico, Nico Hulkenberg! Raising his hand for the Lotus 2014 seat! Holding off Lewis Hamilton!

Hamilton trying several times to overtake but Hulk holds him up.

Gutierrez overtakes Pastor, Checo overtakes Massa, they both get the positions back, Massa takes 10th, Pastor goes back to 14th, Guti in 11th, Checo overtakes him! Checo P11, Guti P12, Bottas P13, 4 drivers fighting for 10th spot!

Lewis has got Hulk! No!

Hulkenberg, driving like a he's never done it before! 

Lewis has got him! Finally! Nico! The German gets the position back!

Alonso tries to take Hamilton too, Lewis denies him.

Daniel Ricciardo abandons the race, this brings Checo to the points.

Final Lap!

Alonso gives it a go against Hamilton, denied again.

Sebastian Vettel takes the win in Korea, the two Lotus in 2nd and 3rd! Great race by Hulkenberg! The man of the race!
